Building a sustainable UK film industry
November 2002: To launch the second stage of the UK Film Council's work, former Chairman Sir Alan Parker CBE announced a plan to build a sustainable and growing UK film industry through investment in the UK's film distribution sector, the production sector's infrastructure (studios and production facilities and services) and the film industry workforce.
